Pevonia asiaSpa Awards 2007

     The very first Pevonia aisaSpa, India awards was a grand affair. Personalities from the spa, fashion and film world added glamour and grace to the event held at The Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.

     It couldn't have been grander. Graced by the legendary Bollywood beauty Rekha and eminent personality Smita Tackeray, Pevonia asiaSpa Awards brought together for the first time, under one roof, all those who have contributed to the burgeoning wellness industry of India.

     In their inaugural speeches Parineeta Sethi, asiaSpa, India editor-in-cheif and Jasmin Arethna of Pevonia marked the opening by welcoming the esteemed guests that included a fair sprinkling of Bollywood actors like Jackie Shroff, Ramesh and Kiran Sippy, Milind Soman among others. Other celebrities present at the gala show were Ramesh Chauhan, Mridula and Ravi Kadam, Javed Ahmed, Raj Nayak and Christine Galle.

     The mood was set when Delhi fashion designer Malini Ramani showcased her spa and resort wear, Mystic M. Soon it was time for an exhilirating performance by contemporary danseuse Isha Shravani, while the fashion show by Mumbai designer Neeta Lulla gave the grand finale to this spectacular event.

     What followed soon was a gala dinner and an impressive array of desserts enjoyed by the guests..
